Come join us for a heartwarming evening of reconnecting with your inner child, unlocking your playful spirit, and rediscovering the joy and wonder that lies within. This Sacred Spirit Circle is dedicated to healing, nurturing, and embracing the playful, creative energy that we all carry inside.
Our inner child is the source of our authentic joy, spontaneity, and creativity. In this circle, we will create a safe space for reconnecting with this part of ourselves, offering love and compassion, and allowing ourselves to express joy and playfulness freely.
What’s included in this experience:
-Cacao ceremony to open your heart and invite healing energy
-Guided meditation to meet and communicate with your inner child, offering love and support
-Creative play through art, crafts, and fun activities to engage your imagination and joy
-Journaling exercises to explore your childhood memories, release old patterns, and bring more playfulness into your life
-Group sharing to support each other in nurturing our inner child and embracing the fun, creative aspects of life
-Reiki energy to nurture healing, self-love, and connection with your playful essence
-Handout with prompts for continuing your inner child work, exercises for bringing more fun into your life, and ways to nurture your creative spirit
This circle invites you to leave behind adult worries, embrace lightness and laughter, and allow your playful energy to shine. Whether it’s through drawing, dancing, singing, or other creative outlets, we’ll honor the joy and curiosity that comes with being in touch with our younger selves.

Capacity: This circle is capped at 20 participants to maintain a safe and nurturing space.
