Reiki Level 1 is an empowering and life-changing course that introduces you to the fundamental principles and techniques of this Japanese healing art. During Reiki Level 1, you will learn how to channel universal life force energy through your hands to yourself and others, activating your body's natural healing abilities. You will also learn about the history and philosophy of Reiki, as well as the basic hand positions for self-healing and healing others. Through a combination of theory, guided meditations, and practical exercises, you will develop a deep understanding of energy, chakras, and the subtle body, and how they relate to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
But Reiki Level 1 is not just about learning techniques - it's also about your personal growth and self-care. As you explore the principles of Reiki and integrate them into your daily life, you will embark on a journey of self-awareness and self-healing, gaining insight into your own energy patterns and blockages.

This is a 2 day course that meets Reiki NZ standards which recommend 12 hours in person training for Reiki level 1.
