Join Sophie from Bliss Yoga and Josh aka Junus Orca for an immersive collaboration to guide you into liminal states of awareness - between wakefulness and sleep, sensation and stillness, sound and silence.
Weaving ambient sound and guided relaxation techniques into a sensory journey that softens the thinking mind and opens the door to deeper relaxation. Through this fusion of sound, rest techniques, and stillness, you will experience how the senses (both when activated and pacified) can become both a gateway into presence and a path to profound internal peace.
Perfect for anyone seeking rest, especially those who are sensitive to overstimulation or looking for a non-club, non-performative space to relax and receive.
This is not a yoga class. You don’t need any experience. Most of the time will be spent lying down, supported by props, in a space designed to soothe and soften.
