Matariki 2025: He Ara Pūtōrino
Documentary will be available during Matariki 7 - 22 June. 2025.

Renowned Taonga Pūoro specialists, Dr Ruby Solly and Alistair Fraser work together to create https://www.artscentre.org.nz/whats-on/he-ara-putorino/ a Pūtōrino (traditional Māori musical instrument) from start to finish in this intimate documentary 'He Ara Pūtōrino'.

We follow the journey of bespoke instrument creation in Alistair Fraser's studio workshop.
