Immerse yourself in a unique Gong Sound Journey designed to guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace. Let the resonant vibrations of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls wash over you, releasing tension and restoring harmony in body and mind.

🕖 Alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM
📍 Theosophical Society (Car park available at 172 Kilmore Street – use the back entrance, walk down the path to the courtyard, and enter through the glass door.)

💰 Pricing:

4 session passes are available on my website.

What to Bring:
✔️ Yoga mat or blanket
✔️ Cushions
✔️ Eye cushion or scarf
✔️ Bolster for under the knees
✔️ Water bottle
