Following on from recent workshops, Felix and Rawhiti are offering an evening of Contact Improvisation.
Tuesday evening session 15th July at 630pm, we are trialing a new venue in Barrington, which has plenty of space for plenty of dancers : )

A safe movement exploration based around Contact Improvisation dance practice, guided by two wonderful practitioners ...
- Rawhiti's contact improv practice builds upon contemporary dance and recent training in Open Floor facilitation; she is
a wonderful guide for authentic expression through improvised movement.
- Felix also has contemporary dance training and two years of contact improv experience and brings to the workshop a deep
interest in collaborative improvisation with a delightful sense of playfulness.
The session will start with guided exercises and eventually move to finish with a less structured jam format towards the end. With a strong focus on providing a safe space for everybody including beginners.
A contribution towards costs will be welcomed, but not required if you are short of money.
Ra and Felix are trialing this to see if there are enough keen beans. Let's support them by turning up with all our wonderful energies : )
