Annual General Meeting AGM

INVITATION to our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We invite all members and everyone willing to join us - come and decide with us!

The meeting is open to all those interested, however please note that only full members of the Association are eligible to vote, and to stand for the Executive.

To be eligible to vote, and to stand for the Executive, your membership fees must be up to date (paid for current year 2025/2026).

If you would like to support our Association by getting involved in our events etc., we welcome new nominations for the Executive and new members.


PLEASE REMEMBER - PROXY
In accordance with the Rules of the Association, (s.11.3), those who are unable to attend the AGM in person due to exceptional circumstances, but who have full membership rights, can by prior acceptance by the Executive:
Nominate a proxy who will vote on their behalf at the AGM;
Offer (via PROXY) their nomination for the Executive.
