Crazy work week?! Come join us for an evening wind-down with a beautiful and unique style of yoga, Scripture Yoga! This beautiful and soul reviving style of yoga will leave your mind, body, and soul , spiritually rejuvenated and overflowing with energy from the Holy Spirit. Abby Alspaw, owner of Holi Hive Yoga, is trained in the art of Spiritual Yoga. She is a mastermind of interweaving Yoga with biblical scripture to get a deeper penetration of spiritual mindfulness and opening the door to letting peace into your life.

Scripture Yoga will be followed by a beautiful spread of delicious and healthy desserts and beverages that will not only satisfy your taste buds but also help aid in your healthy, weight, and gut health goals, as well as fellowship.

This event is completely FREE. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. There will be a handful of extras available but they are limited.
