Soulful Summer Yin

Immerse yourself in the gentle, grounding energy of Soulful Summer Yin — a deeply restorative experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. This class blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with soothing breath work, guided meditation, and a soul-nourishing curated playlist to create a calming, sensory-rich space.

You’ll be guided through long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the fascia, joints, and connective tissue, inviting deep release and inner stillness. To enhance your experience, we’ll incorporate thoughtfully selected essential oils that evoke the scents of summer — transporting you to warm, sun-soaked places and helping you feel like you’re on holiday, even if just for the afternoon!
