Introduction to Chair Based Exercise
This session introduces a group exercise programme that is suitable for all levels of fitness.

- All exercises are chair based and designed to be low impact and low weight bearing, to ease pressure on our joints and bones.

- As well as participating in exercises, you will also complete written learning activities to complement the exercises.
- You will need to complete a physical health questionnaire to say you are able to take part (If unsure, please speak to your GP).
