Come and join me for this 30 minute taster session.

We move through different music, between slower and upbeat. In dance it is a time to get to know yourself on a deeper, more soulful level. You may experience those ecstatic states (these usually come with plenty practice)
You don’t need to be able to dance in the conventional sense, this is totally free flowing movement, no judgement or comparisons, just work with and respect your bodies capabilities. This type of movement is medicine for the body.
