Limited spaces available. Make your own unique set of ceramic Christmas decorations!
Come and join us for a morning of pottery making in the woods with Rick Graves. Rick is a very experienced ceramicist who has taught in schools and evening classes throughout his life. He specialises in wheel thrown stoneware but loves all kinds of clay working.
This session is aimed at beginners. School age children are welcome if accompanied by parents. The cost is £20 per accompanied child (for one child and one adult to make a set of decorations between them). Adults are also welcome on their own!
You will be making a set of 4 to 6 Christmas decorations - you choose the shape and colour but lots of different Christmas templates are available: trees, stars, doves, angels and so on. You can add textures, patterns and chose your own colour scheme to make a unique and personalised set.
The price includes the cost of firing. You will need to come back to site to collect your pottery at a later date.
Spaces are limited so early booking is essential. £20 per person. This includes all materials, equipment, firing and glaze and also refreshments - hot drinks and a slice of homemade cake.
