We are now at the first harvest. The midway point between the Solstice and the Autumnal Equinox.
The fields are full of crops waiting to be gathered in. Hay to be baled and other crops to be cared for.
It is a time to be mindful of how much you give and how much you gather.
The days are still long and you may be feeling burnt out looking after what you care for with little thought for yourself.
Come and allow the gongs to nourish you mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Allow them to top up your resilience at this time of year when the summer just seems to hang there in its fullness.
We would like you to snuggle down in a softly lit room and deeply relax as you soak up the sounds and vibrations of the beautiful gongs, which will nourish your soul, raise your spirits and help you bring focus to thoughts, clarity and calmness to the heart.
All of this is within our local and welcoming Hillside Methodist Church Hall.

Please bring something to lay or sit on, pillow, and your favourite blankets. Whatever you need to be able to fully relax and be comfortable.
