**143 Training**

From today onward, I’ll be located at Chocowinity Recreation Department, 101 Williamson Lane, Chocowinity, N.C. 27817, on the football field. Operating at normal hours 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. $5/hr., but feel free to pay more if it falls on your heart. It’s price at $5, as to not pain one’s wallet.
The focus of each session is targeting the “fast-twitch” and “explosive” muscles, that go under worked. With cones, bags, sleds, motivation and more, each attendee begins a journey of self-belief.

Anyone looking to invest, donate, etc. I can provide a Tax EIN number. Anything that helps further the goal is accepted. Accepting donations of bottled water, Gatorade (powder or bottled), fruit, snacks (for after workout treats), training equipment (cones, parachutes, agility ladders, agility poles, weights, etc.), contact with serious interest.
