"Freshers' League 2025" organized by CUET Debating Society

CUET Debating Society is thrilled to announce its very first Intra Debate Tournament for 24 Batch, “Freshers League 2025”. This is your chance to step into the world of debate - where words hold power, arguments build ideas, and voices shape change.
The tournament will follow an open teaming format, meaning you can team up with anyone you like. Bring a friend, find a partner, or go bold with someone new - your team, your choice.

🗓 Dates: 17-18 October 2025 (Friday & Saturday)

To help you kickstart your debating journey, we’re hosting three exclusive workshops before the tournament:
1. Introduction to Debate
2. Argumentation, Refutation & Framing
3. Motion Analysis

These sessions will equip you with the tools to think critically, argue effectively, and express yourself confidently. This year’s theme, “Palestine: To Keep the Little Flame Alive”, reminds us that even in the face of silence and struggle, voices can spark hope, and ideas can keep the flame of truth and humanity burning.

So, freshers — come learn, speak, and make your mark. Let your words carry the flame forward.
