Shift your perspective! In this energising workshop, we’ll explore the art of going upside down with a range of inversions for all levels. From the familiar foundations of downward dog, dolphin, and crow, to shoulder stand, headstand variations, pincha mayurasana, and handstands, you’ll learn how to build strength, stability, and confidence while staying playful.

We’ll move through step-by-step progressions, finding balance in the air and focus in the mind—then drift into deep stillness with a crystal bowl sound bath, leaving you feeling calm, centred, and recharged. Come ready to explore your edges and see the world from a whole new angle.
