Sidcup Calling is our annual all-day charity festival, where we all come together to celebrate the growth and extraordinary talent of The Iron Horse's musical community, with 9 hours of non-stop live music - hosted by Tom Monks.
This all-day live music event showcases a cherry-picked selection of standout regulars at our acoustic-ish open mic and band jam nights, who excel in their craft and will utterly inspire you and give you hope for the future.
Last year we celebrated the ENORMOUS milestone of The Iron Horse being our musical home for 10 years - the area's finest live music venue who have persistently supported and encouraged our community since opening in 2014. And it's only gone from strength to strength!
As well as celebrating our community and decennary, we also use this day as an opportunity to raise money for Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice - a personal cause for so many of us. There will be a raffle too! So please be sure to bring cash!
We're putting the finishing touches on the lineup and it will be announced on Monday 18th August.
So if you'd like to celebrate or even discover the local music scene which has put our hometown on the map, have a drink or ten, and raise funds for our local hospice, clear your diaries and come down and be a part of it!
