A Workshop for Change: From Stuck to Unstoppable

Using coaching tools and exercises, journaling prompts, and reflective questions, together we’ll explore:

Why I can help: I’ve stood exactly where you’re standing—uncertain, restless, knowing something had to shift but unsure of what or how. I’ve walked through the discomfort and embraced the courage that meaningful change demands.

After an initial career in the RAF, I re-trained as a lawyer—a practical, structured transition that took me back to study for two years, followed by two more as a trainee. That change had a defined path.

But once I qualified, I quickly realised something wasn’t working. Beneath the surface, on a more intuitive level, I felt unmoored. I struggled to find my sense of meaning or purpose. I didn’t yet know what needed to change—only that something had to.
