High Country Boil & Barbecue Fundraiser

Event Overview
We are pleased to propose the High-Country Boil & Barbecue, a signature fall fundraising event to be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM at the scenic Krabill Lodge, located within the Medina County Park District on the beautiful Chippewa Lake. Inspired by the classic Low Country Boil, this uniquely Northeast Ohio take—our High-Country Boil—will blend traditional coastal flavors with local barbecue favorites.

This inaugural event is designed to support the mission and visibility of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) while showcasing the collaborative power of culinary arts, and community leadership.
