✨ What will the session involve?
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping practices guided by Catherine, focusing on rest and allowing instead of striving. In this gentle yet powerful practice, you’ll release stress, shift limiting patterns, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom, creating space for emotional balance and inner resilience.
Kelly will then follow on with a guided 45-minute yoga practice to complement the session’s theme, suitable for all levels including beginners. Expect a blend of hatha and gentle vinyasa flow to move, breathe, and restore balance in both body and mind.
This combination of EFT and yoga allows you to experience deep emotional and physical release, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and rejuvenated.

Whether you’ve tried EFT or yoga before or have no idea what to expect, this session welcomes everyone looking to rest, release stress, and reconnect with their body and mind. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are.

✨ Who will be leading the session?
Kelly Wariner is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher with over 2,000 teaching hours since qualifying in 2018. She is also trained in mindfulness meditation and wellbeing life coaching.
