Experience deep relaxation and inner renewal in this unique 90-minute event, combining gentle yoga with guided meditation and a deeply restorative sound bath for emotional release, balance, and mind-body harmony.
✨ What will the session involve?
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of nourishing yoga guided by Kelly, suitable for all levels including complete beginners. Expect a blend of hatha and gentle vinyasa flow to help you move with ease, focus on your breath, and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony in body and mind.
As you settle into savasana, Dawn will guide you through a guided meditation and soothing sound bath using a gong, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. Dawn creates a safe, supportive space for deep relaxation, emotional release and healing, with the vibrations of the gong helping to shift stagnant energy and rebalance the body.
✨ Do I need any experience?
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a curious beginner, or simply in need of deep rest, this event is open to all. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are.
✨ What should I bring?
• Yoga mat (spares available at the venue)
• Blanket & pillow for comfort if desired
• Eye covering (optional)
• Water bottle
• Warm layer
