Hello Mere,
Why not try a free NEW PILATES CLASS on MONDAYS?

I am a knowledgeable and engaging Pilates teacher who has completed extensive training (14 months) and am experienced in teaching a variety of subtle Pilates based exercises to improve mobility and strength.
I can assist with joint issues, knee pain, hip issues, back pain, scoliosis and many other physical ailments.
