Sage and Drum Ceremony

Join us as we settle into a relaxed mindset and allow our bodies this time to pause and reset.

I will sage each of you, sage is a gentle natural herb used in ceremonies and many other occasions to help release anything that no longer serves you

Then sit and be comfortable with blankets and relax to the healing sounds of the drum beat as as I take you through a healing session and a journey
