Midweek mini retreat

Come and enjoy a mini reset, time to pause, to recharge and to just be.

We work with the energies on the day and will go with the flow.

We may enjoy barefoot walking and connecting to mother nature and awaken our senses

We may enjoy some sound healing of some sorts.

We may enjoy reiki bath were you all feel the amazing benefits that reiki can bring.

But you can be sure of some relaxation and feeling calmer.
