Men Walking & Talking weekly Walk

Our Weekly Mens Walking and Talking Mental health support Brotherhood will be walking this Wednesday from 7:30pm.

We meet between Arfur Boat and the weather stone in Castlefields Park Calne.

Are you lonely ?
Are you finding it difficult to cope with the strains of every day ?
Are you feeling low ?
Are you struggling with thoughts ?
Are you feeling depressed ?
Is stress or anxiety getting to you ?
Are you struggling with addiction?
Is your PTSD taking over ?

We offer a safe and supportive environment to talk about the above and much much more ?

We are a group of everyday men from different backgrounds that have come together with a goal, to create a Brotherhood to support each other, as a family we have many tools at our disposal and walking side by side we can help put a new perspective on what’s happening.

Come and join us, no pressure, no judgement even if for now you just want to walk.
