Beginner friendly workshop for everyone who would like to learn about Facial Gua Sha techniques, introduce a new self-care ritual to feel and look radiant. No prior experience is needed.
What you will learn?
•The foundation of Facial Gua Sha – what is it, it’s benefits and contraindications.
•How to choose your Gua Sha tool
•What are the best facial oils to use
•How to use Gua Sha tool correctly
•Lifting and lymphatic drainage techniques to lift and sculpt the face, reduce puffiness and dark circles under the eyes.
•How to release tension, minimise fine lines and wrinkles and have radiant and healthy glow.
•How to create a simple 10- 15min. routine that can be incorporated into your life on a daily or weekly basis.

90 min. hands on workshop – suitable for beginners.

Important details:
•Limited spots available – small group for personal guidance
•Hands on session – you will be practicing on your own face
•Wear a comfortable top (dark top with a loose neckline would be best)

•Not suitable if you are pregnant, recently had botox, fillers, chemical peels or if you have cold sores, open wounds or DVT.
