Chocolate Talk, Demo & Tasting

Wiltshire Based Chocolatier Amy Levin will be visiting us for an exciting event all about Chocolate! Cost £10pp to include hot drink of your choice from the Cafe.

Event Details:

How Artisan Chocolate is Made

- Where chocolate comes from and how it's processed
- How chocolate flavour is developed at different stages
- Tasting raw cocoa nibs and cocoa nibs roasted at different times and temperatures
- Making chocolate using a traditional stone grinder
- What goes into a batch of dark chocolate
- Taste it while it grinds
- Taste the finished product; chocolate bars
- Ask questions throughout the demo
- Opportunity to taste and purchase more chocolates afterwards

The event should last approximately 1 hour.
