Saturday 20th September & Sunday 21st September 2025
Parvati Devi returns to Whatley Manor.
During the one or two days that you choose to attend Parvati will take you through a series of Bio-Energy meditations to activate your life force energy through different practices.
Bio-Energy meditation is different, everybody can do it, you do not need to be flexible or stand in advanced postures and positions but still have your life-force-energy activated with the special, profound yet simple practices. Breathing techniques and sound immersions throughout the sessions will help to realign energy and bring more clarity.
You can expect Active Meditations, guided healing rituals where old habits can be released and where you can foster new ones to fully embody your best self, as well as hands-on (optional) healing.
Being in Mother nature is part of this rebirth, and the 12 acres of English country gardens including woodland walks down to the river will enable you to connect.
