On Saturday, February 21st, is our OPEN FIRE COOKING CLASS. Class starts at 930 and will go until about 12:30. We are located at 1745 Ben Road, Chipley, Florida. Ben Road turns East off Highway 77 just south of Wausau. This is one of our most popular classes. So what is this Class all about? Read on.
In this Class you learn about different types of cast iron pots and pans, how to choose the best one for your needs, how to care for them, the tools you might need and most importantly, how to cook in them.
We will cook a full meal plus dessert, and best of all, you get to eat it.
Price of the Class is $25.00 per person and includes a notebook with all we have discussed in Class plus a lot more.
