United Way of Northwest Florida is offering free tax preparation through our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in Chipley.

📌 Appointment Required
To help speed up your appointment, please bring the following items:
• Photo ID
• Social Security cards for you and all dependents
• Bank account information for direct deposit
• W-2s from each employer
• Documentation of other income (1099s, Social Security statements, etc.)
• Form 1095-A (if applicable)
• Last 2025 paystub if you received overtime
• IP PIN (if issued)
If filing jointly, both spouses must be present to sign.
