This month’s Shakti Activation invites you to explore the art of Burlesque—a playful, empowering, and deeply liberating dance form that awakens the sensual feminine within. Shakti is the energy of consciousness, the life force that moves through us, bringing higher states of awareness, embodiment, and creativity. Through intentional movement, we tap into the raw, unfiltered power of our Divine Feminine essence, allowing her to be expressed with confidence, grace, and wild abandon.

✨ A guided introduction to the art of Burlesque—learning to embody sensuality, confidence, and playfulness through movement.
✨ Empowering music, slow and sultry choreography, and free movement to help you drop into your body and express your inner goddess.
✨ A closing meditation to integrate the energy and ground the activation.
