Cavco Event - Clayton Homes of Chino Valley

Clayton Homes of Chino Valley would like to officially announce that we are now the exclusive Cavco retailer for Yavapai County and Coconino County. We currently have 2 Cavco display models available to tour and we have access to all Cavco floor plans. The amazing part is that we also carry our exclusive Signature Series which is only available to Clayton Homes of Chino Valley. In order to celebrate, we are having an open house event on Saturday, October 4 2025 from 9 AM - 3 PM. We will have pop-up vendors, food and a live radio feed.
