Summer Solstice Soiree

Nature gives us plenty of reasons to celebrate, and the seasonal changes are some of them. Summer solstice is a good time to balance the energy of Manipura / Solar Plexus Chakra and our ego.

Join us for:
🔥 40 minutes of elevating movement and yoga to shake off old energy and bring the brain back into the body,
🧘followed by 40 minutes of energizing SOMA breathwork to deepen our resilience and self connection,
🎶 and then a 40 minute sound bath led by my beautiful niece, Loryn on her crystal bowls.

Feeling rejuvenated and restored, body, mind and spirit, we will enjoy some cool and refreshing homemade ice tea and cookies. Stay later and walk the labyrinth to unwind the old egoic ways, and wind in with each step, our hopes and dreams for ourselves moving forward.

Please arrive by 5:45 and bring your yoga mats and any personal items you may like to get comfy with for the sound bath. Eye masks available for purchase $5. Yoga blocks and blankets will be provided.
