Stomp out Stigma 5K Run/Walk 2025

Come join us for the Stomp out Stigma 5K Run/Walk at Chilton High School!

Simply put, mental health is an issue that affects everyone in our community. Therefore, Suicide Prevention Committee, a student organization at Chilton High School, has decided to make a stand against the stigma associated with mental health. No person of any age should feel ashamed when they reach out for help while struggling with depression, anxiety, or any other mental health condition.

The members of Suicide Prevention Committee believe we need to be proactive in eliminating stigma so that those who need help don’t hesitate to ask for it. Please join us on June 1, to make a public statement in support of our friends, neighbors, and loved ones with mental health conditions!

2:00 p.m.: Registration and Activities Begin

3:00 p.m.: Kids Run

3:15 p.m.: Stomp out Stigma Team Trophy Awarded

3:20 p.m.: Speaker

3:30 p.m.: 5K Run/Walk

Info: Create a team of your family, friends, co-workers, etc. And when you register the day of the event, declare what team you're part of. The team with the most registered participants at the event will win a trophy and bragging rights!
