Mental Health Spring Cleaning

Spring is a time of renewal and growth. We invite you to learn, grow, and rest during this 4-hour retreat style event focused on enhancing your mental wellness and overall wellbeing. During this retreat, you'll learn basic brain and spine anatomy and habits that can enhance brain and body function. We'll define Empowered Mindset and introduce the 7 Pillars of an Empowered Mindset to encourage self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. Participants will be invited to journal and engage in discussion around journal prompts.

We will close our retreat with a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation and participants will receive take-home materials to encourage continued engagement with tools that can help support your mental health and wellness.

All participants will be granted 6-month access to The Meditation Well Patreon at the 3rd Tier Level, which includes a 3 Session Empowered Mindset Retreat Webinar, you can participate at your own pace. Light snacks, tea, and a special mocktail beverage provided. Sign up now! Space limited to 10.
