Join Delaney and Jill for a 2.5-hour stand-up paddleboard yoga experience in one of the calmest and most scenic areas of Upper Klamath Lake.
We’ll begin with a short land-based yoga flow to warm up, then paddle about 20 minutes to Comfort Point—a quiet, spring-fed spot with clear water and mountain views. Once there, we’ll move through a full 60-minute beginner-friendly SUP yoga class right on the boards.
Practicing yoga on a paddleboard is a unique and fun challenge—engaging your core, refining your balance, and helping you stay fully present with the water, sky, and surroundings. No prior experience with yoga or SUP is needed.
What to Expect:
Mini flow session on land before launching
Group paddle to Comfort Point (approx. 20 minutes)
SUP yoga flow on the water (60 minutes)
Time to float, relax, or explore before returning
Why This Spot?
While much of Upper Klamath Lake experiences algae blooms in the summer, Rocky Point is different. This area is spring-fed, keeping the water clear and cooler. It’s peaceful, open, and ideal for paddling and practicing yoga away from the busy areas.
