We are pleased to welcome back Lindsay from Wilde Wellness for our 3 week Golden Hour Yoga Series.

We being week 1 with ROOT — Ground Into Nature
Theme: Grounding & Stability
Focus: Gentle Hatha & Earth connection
Description: Begin the series by rooting into the earth beneath you. This class will focus on slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, and grounding postures to help participants feel supported, calm, and connected to the land.
Perfect for: All levels, especially those new to yoga.
When: July 15 - 7pm-8pm
