Mental health is an essential part of the well-being of our community. It is something that
impacts us all, yet it often remains a topic that is overlooked or misunderstood.
With rates of adults and children who are struggling or impacted by a mental health challenges in
our own community, are on the rise and it is more critical than ever to create safe spaces for
education, support, and empowerment.

Our goal is to engage the community in meaningful conversations while providing a fun, safe
space for individuals to connect and improve their mental health.
