Grief Support Circle

This is a free, facilitated grief support circle grounded in mindfulness, community connection, and compassionate acceptance. This circle offers a safe and supportive space to gently explore your grief alongside others who understand, without pressure to share or “fix” your experience.

Through guided mindfulness practices and reflective discussion, participants are invited to honor their unique grief journey while fostering connection, presence, and support within a caring community.
