Beginner Yoga Immersion

This workshop will be a 2 hour immersion.
This is a great class for those beginning their yoga journey and also those looking to slow down and refine their alignment. This class will develop in stages with plenty of time for questions and pose break down.

What you will learn?

Sun Salutations
Breath Practices
Standing Postures
Balance Postures
Seated and Reclined postures.

The first portion of the class will be posture break down, with special attention to each individual to ensure they feel and understand the action of the posture.
The second portion will be a flow led by the instructor including the most important posture of all, savasana. There will be plenty of time for questions and opportunity to experience a felt sense of each posture in the proper alignment.
What will you need?
A yoga mat, and water bottle (no glass). Comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
