Sunshine State of Mind is a 2-hour experiential workshop designed to help you take your well-being back into your own hands. In this gathering, you’ll learn simple, effective self-hypnosis techniques that support emotional balance, clarity, and ease in your daily life.
We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to how the subconscious mind works and why our thoughts, habits, emotional reactions, and self-beliefs are formed the way they are. You’ll learn how hypnosis creates change naturally, safely, and without force. No intensity. No pressure. No needing to “fix” anything. Just learning how to work with your mind, instead of against it.
From there, we’ll move into hands-on practice.
You will learn a handful of self-hypnosis tools you can begin using:

• Throughout your day for emotional balance
• Before bed to unwind the mind and reset your internal state
