Mind Drip, Conscious Meditation Group

An energetic guide curating soulful experiences that empower conscious seekers to raise frequency, heal, and flow through their awakening journey.

Designing Reflective Opportunities. Melissa will guide us through a series of gentle exercises and a meditation to help us explore how to bring greater alignment and intention into the year-end season. As we move into the winter months — a naturally reflective time — we’ll take space to consider our hopes, goals, and connections to our future selves, and discuss ways to carry that awareness into the months ahead.

Please bring something to write with and on! We'll send our a few prompts ahead of time and have plenty of time to reflect and write during this class.

There will be cushions, chairs and other things to sit on, but please bring anything that you like (mats, meditation cushions, or pillows). You are also welcome to bring a water bottle, coffee, or something to bring. Arrive early to get settled - we'll start at 9 A.M.
