Somatic Back Release

Unwind deep tension and restore flow through your spine, chakras, and nervous system. This workshop guides you in releasing emotions, freeing stuck energy, and relaxing the psoas for deep relief. Appropriate for all levels, yoga experience not required.

Jeanette is a trauma informed somatic yoga therapist dedicated to guiding individuals to heal chronic stress, trauma, and PTSD through somatic practices. Jeanette provides private therapy sessions both in-person and virtually, as well as group classes and workshops.
