💛 HELP US CELEBRATE NEIGHBORHOOD CAT ADVOCATES’ WORK:
Neighborhood Cat Advocates will be showcasing the CUTEST selection of kittens (and a few wonderful adult cats) in our cat lounge, in addition to the 12+ cats and kittens already calling our cozy space their temporary home.
NCA’s mission is to advocate on behalf of Butte County's free-roaming cats by practicing Trap-Neuter-Return. Starting off as a TNR community support service, they’ve now expanded to include PawPrints Spay/Neuter Clinic and PawPrints Thrift Boutique! Since partnering with us, they’ve adopted 80+ cats through the café since last fall. 🥳
This kitten season has been a doozy—hundreds (if not thousands!) of unplanned litters have poured into rescues. To help, we’re teaming up to place as many as possible into loving homes. All cats are friendly, vaccinated (initial doses), dewormed, deflea-ed, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
✨ SPECIAL NOTE: This weekend also marks the wrap-up of café cat adoptions as we prepare to transition to our new space. That means if you’ve been on the fence about adopting—or you’ve had your eye on one of our café favorites—now is the time. Don’t miss the chance to make one of our longtime residents part of your forever story. 💕
🐾 HOW DOES THE EVENT WORK?
No reservations needed—walk-ins welcome! $10 per person gets you an hour of cat time + light refreshments.
Adoption applications can be picked up at the café in advance, or filled out at the event for review the following week (no same-day adoptions).
Kittens in the event will be waiting to meet you in special enclosures, while our café cats roam the lounge freely.
Please sanitize your hands before/after handling cats, and don’t place event kittens on the café floor—thank you!
