Introduction to Sanskrit: Learning Sacred Sound

Join us for a beginner-friendly exploration into the ancient and sacred language of Sanskrit. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to properly pronounce the Sanskrit alphabet.

We’ll explore the historical roots of Sanskrit and why it’s considered a sacred language in yoga and spiritual traditions. You’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for the vibrational power of sound and the meditative clarity that comes from learning this phonetic language, where once you know how to pronounce it, you can read it!
