Morgan Perry received a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy and a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Vancouver, Canada. Osteopathy emphasizes the importance of manipulating the body’s tissues and muscles to promote healing and holistic strength.
Practice an integrated stretching and movement routine in this class to learn about your body and feel lighter and more nimble. This class is focused on foot-centric exercises. Your feet play a crucial role in knee, hip, and spinal alignment, so this class will help your entire body feel better!
Explore exercises, active release techniques, and alignment tips while gaining valuable insights into walking mechanics and footwear. By the end, you’ll have a newfound appreciation for your feet and leave with a simple, effective daily plan to address your unique foot concerns. This class is suitable for all bodies, ages, and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
