Ready to take your lyra skills to new heights—with a friend or a new face? Join us for a dynamic Doubles Lyra Workshop led by aerialist Abigail Braun!

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn partner-based sequences on the aerial hoop, focusing on timing, trust, and creative collaboration. Abigail will guide you through duo poses, transitions, and combos with an emphasis on communication and shared movement.

💡 No partner needed to attend! We’ll be rotating and pairing throughout the workshop.
✨ Recommended for students who have taken a few lyra classes and are comfortable with basic shapes and mounts.
👖 Leggings are strongly recommended for comfort, grip, and safety while working in close contact with the hoop and your partner.
