Ayurveda Basics Series: Ayurvedic Sinus Care

Learn to cleanse and nourish your sinuses using a Neti pot and Nasya (therapeutic sinus oil). Ayurvedic sinus care practices are a holistic way to reduce allergy symptoms and will lubricate the sinus cavities. Learn about oil pulling and tongue scraping for simple, comprehensive oral care. This class will discuss the philosophy behind these ancient practices and you will learn to use these methods to help support oral and sinus health holistically.

In this class you will:

-Receive and practice using a Neti Pot
-See demonstration of Nasya application with option to practice oil administration
-Learn the process of oil pulling and tongue scraping
-Gain herbal and dietary insight for sinus support
-Understand Doshic influences on sinuses
