YCS 2025 Final Performance

We are excited to welcome 42 young conductors at our inaugural Young Conductors Symposium this Friday, September 19!

These band and chorus students will attend workshops on conducting gesture, music education, score study, ensemble leadership, and perform with our USAO Concert Band and USAO Choral ensembles.

Selected participants will conduct our university ensembles in a final performance that is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC at 4:30pm. Join us in the Te Ata Memorial Auditorium and witness these future music educators take the podium!
