‘Autumn Stillness’ 🍂 Sound/ Gong Bath Relaxation Retreat

As the Autumn leaves begin to fall, we too can focus on letting go of what no longer serves us.

Bathed in the soft resonance of chimes and gongs, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep rest and reflection. This is an invitation to pause, breathe, and absorb the richness of all you’ve experienced this summer, while making space for the shift ahead.

Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or simple presence, this session will support your body, mind, and spirit in transitioning with grace.

No experience necessary, come as you are with a friend or on your own, there will be friendly faces to welcome you.
